Notice

- For Urgent order, may pay extra fee ( normal cost x 1.5 - 2 ) or negotiable.
- The Formation of image in Digital Printing is by Toner, so therefore will have 10% color different between the repeated printed matters.
- Paper will be appeared curl, especially on thin paper 80gms-170gms, because of the formation of image in digital printing. (High heated on paper)
- Digital Printing on both side, will have 0.5mm to 1mm different position between front and back
- Name card trim size will have 0.5mm - 1mm tolerance due to machanism of the trimmer and also the paper distortion of the heating from the digital printer.
- We only keep the customers digital files no more than one month.
- Customer wish to return any flawed product, all requests must be made ​​within seven days, and all returned goods must be in good conditions / quantity / packaging / accessories must be consistent with the invoice. Otherwise, no refund Will be made and will be written off.
- Customers have to arrange all returns delivery charge.
- For any order claim, we will only reprint the order or refund the relevant amount. We are not liable for any other losses caused.


File Format

- Document Color Mode: CMYK
- The ratio of the printed file size must be 1:1.
- All the typeface inside the files must be outline to path.
- The resolution of photos need to be 300dpi.
- 3mm-5mm bleeding and crop mark should be make on artwork.
- Please text within the border more than 3mm to avoid cutting into the text.
- Accepted file types:
InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Freehand, PDF, Tiff, JPEG, eps
